BDCS collects only information reasonably needed to quote, communicate, provide services, invoice, keep business records and resolve issues. This may include your name, business details, contact information, project information, files and communications.
Website cookies and browser storage
This website does not use advertising cookies. It uses local browser storage to remember your cookie choice. No non-essential analytics are currently loaded. If analytics or another non-essential tracking technology is introduced later, the site should obtain consent before activating it.
Online onboarding form
The onboarding form on this website is processed in your browser. When you choose “Prepare email”, your device opens your email application with the information inserted into a draft. The website itself does not submit that form to a BDCS database.
How information is handled
- Information is not sold.
- Only information reasonably required for the service should be supplied.
- Where delegated account access is available, it should be used instead of sharing passwords.
- Third-party services used to deliver work may process information where reasonably necessary for the job.
- Business and accounting records may need to be retained for legal or taxation purposes.
Sensitive information
Do not send passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, health information or other sensitive information unless it is genuinely required and a suitable transfer method has been agreed.
